Psychosocial Support Program

Counselling

This program was established in the year 2008 and is based on three main components: assessment and diagnosis, plan development, and treatment. Hundreds of children and their families have benefited from this program, individually and collectively, through individual counseling and therapeutic groups, in addition to providing psychological relief services for mothers, and training and empowerment services for the center’s staff. The program aims to provide a safe space for children and their families to express their feelings and needs and to obtain appropriate psychological and social counseling in order to reach a state of psychological stability and social well-being.

This is achieved through the following programs:

  • Individual and group counseling services for the child and family.
  • Awareness and psychosocial education lectures.
  • Specialized interactive training and workshops for regular groups of parents.
  • Individual counseling of all kinds, psychological, social, educational, and pedagogical.
